A turbulence-free flow is called laminar flow. The air flows in layers that do not mix with each other. Using a sophisticated system of fans, filters and specially designed air duct systems, we generate an air flow over the entire workplace that pushes away particle-laden air without mixing with it. one speaks of displacement ventilation.

The flow speed of the air is so low that you can work undisturbed. This enables the air to move in layers -  eben laminar flow. With our systems, we generate highly pure, filtered air and enable clean room quality of ISO class 5 over the entire table top.

The BENCHALIST LAMINAR FLOW devices are extremely quiet: 36dB - 45dB depending on the power level selected. That was our main criterion during development, in addition to the visual design freedom.

In order to professionally comply with the specifications of ISO 14644, only high-performance filters of type H 14 are used. The air is cleaned of the smallest particles and micro-organisms, which improves the air quality by at least 10,000 times compared to the ambient air.

The BENCHALIST LAMINAR FLOW workstation systems ensure that the clean air areas are delimited for particularly sensitive production, assembly and measurement processes.
